This is some great information, and I appreciate your point that blinds can be adjusted to let in more or less light. I’m in the middle of refurnishing my living room, and something I would like to change is the window treatments. I don’t know what to do for my home windows. I didn’t know that shades were so nice! It would be great to be able to have some privacy, too. I wouldn’t want to have to worry about anyone looking in!
It was great to understand that wider horizontal slats create the illusion of bigger windows! I live in a small apartment by myself for 3 years and I am trying to find new ones that will fit. I will be sure to keep that in mind when. I will be sure to look into custom ones as well if they don’t fit!
